For feks sakes! as Agnes Brown would say! By the time the game was done Diablo himself could have risen from his grave and obliterate humanity. And the online requirement is just the sunday on the cake. But now, you wont be fekin changing that for sure aren't you?
There is a few nice little games that's called torchlight and torchlight 2, maybe you could talk to them and really see how Diablo 3 should have been done. They are not perfect but the devs did not decide to screw their fanbase...
Meanwhile a bunch of political people embark yet on other crusade against games. When will the government stand up to these idiots and say, we are not going to pay you your salary to complain against sex and guns in video games but to help people in need and find better ways to help people of this nation. If you think that your priority as a member of the political elite is to worry about violent video games then you dont deserve to be in this government.

What a big bunch of tools! No wonder they kept mum until a while after the shooting. If they had come out with a statement like that right away they would have lost even more credibility. The president should go line them up and bitch slap the lot of them for making the american people look worse than what it needs to be right now.
Oh so now Bioware is telling us that they should have put a little more effort in dragon age 2 instead of milking it like a cow too rapidly to produce sour milk....i know what i just said does not make sense. But Bioware has got to come back to earth and stop trying to please EA games and please the fans instead. Trying to make a quick buck for EA's sake has resulted in utter failure for DA2 and MA3 from the standpoint of fan opinions which translated in lackluster sales.
Same goes with Kotor.
Now If Bioware would please its fans then they would not have to compare their upcoming game to Skyrim. Right now they just make themselves wanna be's. And saying that DA 3 should be like skyrim does not mean that DA 3 will remotely be like Skyrim. This is just another marketing ploy from EA to attract sales.
I can see an EA sandwich man out on the street.
" Look, we got a better game than skyrim, we are the skyrim of skyrims" while brandishing a copy of DA 3.
This is a poor start to a poor marketing campaign and it shows you how much lack of faith Bioware already has in the product since they are using another game's name to try to hype their game. DA3 will just be another generic ARPG game. There will be a little spark in the dark in the first few weeks of game release then it will fade away...
If Bioware is not confident enough to stand on its own legs with this game and stop comparing to other arpg, then there is obviously a problem. If they can't say we invented something better than the bulb light, and stick with it and prove it then there is gonna be a big epic fail.
Is this gonna be like xbox exclusive for 30 days like skyrim's dlc's . patches etc etc ....

Zeschuk and Muzyka sold out to EA. I have no tears for them, they knew what they were doing. EA is in the business of making money and milking products until they are dried out. Look at what happened to Dragon Age 2, rushed subpar product and Bioware paid for it. Same goes with ME 3. So how many more ME will we see? like one yearly?
A vast universe to explore, ok. If it is well done, maybe people would like it, but like i said it is EA its is always 50/50 with them. They messed up dragon age 2 and ME 3 so their latest record with Bioware games are not too bright. I can see Bioware get closed out if Dragon age 3 fails or any future ME games fail to deliver. The work will go to other studios and Bioware will all be but a forgotten name after.
lords of the ring online had to do it, conan had to do it, pirates of the burning sea had to do it. they all went ftp but with restrictions, the good news is that those game are still alive because their parent company finally caved in. The sad news is that while the game becomes free there won't be too many updates and expansions might come at a faster pace to generate revenue. They probably got enough money to have paid the game now and paid the infrastructure to support it, now all they have to do is just put it on life support and generate enough revenues to pay the support staff....
I dont know about you but all the peds look like they have jumped out of the sims 3 game, they look too bland and generic, too perfect, something you would see a lot in other games. So far there are not graphic feature that defines it and makes it special...i remember san andreas which was a big step up from vice city in terms of modeling and it still manage to keep the grand theft auto feeling.... all i see now are graphics that we have seen tons of times in regular sandbox games of the current era.... i think it will be great but not a franchise changer..... :(
@Alucard1475 absolutely no to that comment . Blizzard is a well established companies and they have the hardest time in the world to make this kind of thing work right, right now, imagine second tier or third tier companies trying to implement this kind of drm when they are strugglling just to make a good game.... nope this is not good advice nor a solution....
