The technical infrastructure (because it utilises servers waaay more) means that multiplayer titles on PS3 can be far more ambitious than those on Xbox LIVE in terms of the number of players and scope of the maps. Great examples of this are Warhawk (32 players, with huge maps and flying vehicles), Resistance 2 (8-player co-op, 60 player competitive) and MAG (256 player competitive). Admittedly, lack of microphones holds back certain experiences, but if you're playing with friends, PSN is just fine.

lol and watch as that is surpassed 5000% in a week by SC2.

LBP is not a marvelous strong, amazing editor, you just think it is. Its still gonna get its butt handed to it by any PC map maker.

I think you missed the point of LittleBigPlanet. Its strength is in its accessability and the ease with which content can be created and shared. Also, the term 'map maker' implies you're talking about the software used to create maps, not with which to mod games, which, I believe don't generally offer the same scope as LBP.

Well, it's not proof that the PS3 is better, but I'd agree its certainly indicative that there are more people in System Wars who prefer the PS3 than those who prefer the Xbox 360.

Local Multiplayer (4-Player Split-screen versus, 2 player split-screen co-op, both off and online)

4-player Co-Op Firefight with Immense Customization

Large amounts of Gameplay Modes (Invasion, Infection, Stockpile)

Forge Mode or Similar

Theater Mode or Similar

Bungie.net Integration

Killzone.com is good, particularly for clan support, but I agree about all the other points. Unfortunately, I think 4-player splitscreen and anything like forge mode are extremely unlikely, although the others certainly are plausible and indeed preferable...

From what I've seen, it certainly looks to be deserving it, but due to the nature of Gamespot fearing giving out a large number of high ratings for a single system's games over a short period of time (to ensure they don't get outcry of bias from fanboys), it is unlikely because of LBP2 being released so close to then. I just hope that both games scores don't suffer as a consequence.

[QUOTE="Richymisiak"][QUOTE="Diviniuz"]You mean computer on lower settings? The same exact footage as what we say a few days ago with people playing on PC with 360 controllerIantheone
see the first picture? 'Hold Y'

Shouldnt matter. On some of my PC games, it changes the symbols and such when you use a 360 controller. Anywho, this is miles ahead of UC2. Anyone who thinks otherwise is probably a raging fanboy =/

I agree this is better than Uncharted 2's graphics. I also agree that we can't be certain this is Xbox 360 footage...

[QUOTE="killzowned24"]FAIL! next time get some proof that says it is 360.Crysis looks pretty bland and generic imo.ocstew
With that kind of name....sheesh. There were two versions shown, PC and 360, PC footage is obviously better than the OP's pictures which look good for a console, NOT PC. It's like saying, dude get proof that KZ3 trailer is PS3, could be PC = FAIL.

Killzone 3 isn't multiplatform - your argument isn't fair or valid.

Just because they're using an Xbox 360 controller doesn't mean it's on Xbox 360. When they first showed a Battlefield: Bad Company 2 trailer, it was using a 360 controller, but it was later revealed that it was actually running on PC. As the publisher's EA both times, I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case again.

[QUOTE="funsohng"][QUOTE="soulitane"][QUOTE="funsohng"] worse than GTA4?

Not sure, haven't actually played it myself, just heard people complain about it on both consoles. Chances are though it's around the same or worse.

i dont really care about 360 since i don't have it anyway. why is everyone comparing with 360

Because the only way of knowing what's missing is by comparing it. If the 360 version didn't have grass or blood puddles, nobody would worry that it wasn't present on the PS3 version. To be honest, if I was going to buy it still go with the PS3 version for the exclusive DLC - the differences aren't signficant. They chose to omit some aesthetic things to improve performance.
