The sad thing is. Ryse was supposed to be the Xbox One's big exclusive and Knack was the PS4's big exclusive (as least if promotional material is be believed) and what did the masses end up buying with their expensive new consoles?

CoD: Ghosts. For the PS4 it's like a 70% attach rate. Welcome to next gen. Same as the last.

I would buy an Xbox One if they'd make a proper Banjo Kazooie sequel. Simple as that. Big open world, 3D platformer. No stupid car building. Oh and ditch those fugly redesigns they had and make them look like they used to. Namely no overalls on Mumbo, Humba looks like Humba and not Kameo and Banjo has a round nose.

I honestly didn't see this doing that well. It's another one of these games that's all about flashy visuals to get our attention but all the pretty visuals mean nothing if the gameplay is tedious and boring.

@C-THREE Proving again, pretty graphics alone do not a good game make.

People wanted the Zelda series to "mix things up" and not just be another Ocarina with a gimmick thrown in and Nintendo did it. They changed up the gameplay without compromising the core mechanics that made the series great. They took a non linear approach to it which I can't wait to try out. Please Nintendo, use everything you learned in this game to make Zelda U (or whatever it's called) even better. Non Linear gameplay and no hand holding.

Yeah Spirit Tracks was boring.

@abHS4L88 @juboner Pretty much as soon as Mortal Kombat on the Genesis had spines and hearts being ripped out for our amusement, there's been this mindset among a certain sect of gamers that "M rated=equals quality." Now anyone with half a brain knows this is complete and utter crap. There are some excellent E rated games and some downright crappy M rated games (50 Cent Bulletproof anyone?) but sadly there are those who only think a game can be good if it has guns, swearing and violence.

@nayce54 @whatsazerg Seriously? It was bad enough when they were selling "used" copies of Xenoblade and Metroid Prime Trilogy for $90. Then again it's to make the lower Black Friday price look all the more appealing.

@nayce54 @dribblesbarbax Oddly enough I was at Walmart and they had the WiiU display and while there's a video of this, there wasn't a playable demo. I'm hoping this changes by the end of the week. Though they didn't have a PS4 on display and the Xbox One display was there but no controllers and not turned on.
