@lonewolf1044: For me the consoles & hand-helds were in a "special" class. If I wanted to rent my timed games I would have gone to an arcade, but I wanted a home console where I can play my physical discs anytime I want. It is something more than just playing a game, to hold that fresh new disc and see it on your shelf is an experience and the more one liked the game the bigger the impact.
You remove that from me and there is no more reasons to buy games, where before I spent thousands on games. I will just play free-to play games then and buy an occasional game on PC, because at least on the latter they are cheaper.
A game like Pacer never fakin goes on sale on the XB, it did on the PS store, but not the XB. If XB does this and PS does not, they are done and they are already on THIN ice with many of us.....THIIIINNNNNN!!!!!
Is XB back to their old tricks again? I hope they release a disc version for next gen, if not then I am outti!
XB is thin on my intent to switch sides and proclaiming that Ponies were right...XB has no games and there is no reason to own one if they go all digital. This XBoner is close to done with the BS. From a company that can't get their menu's in order and constantly need to change them, as if they are programming them for the first time. And yes you guys are right, from a company that can't even name a system properly!
Oct/Nov 2024: PS5 pro releases (Most powerfullest console)
Oct/Nov 2026: XB Series X2 (Most powerfullest console)
Oct/Nov 2027: PS6 (Most powerfullest console)
PS5 pro releases this year and so between then and 2026 it will be the must own console. A few gamers, such as myself will bite the XBsX2 and most can wait another year for the PS6 release. Cuz you know Sony will release in 2027 instead of waiting for 2028 and hence MS's timing is totally off and will bring their brand even lower with all the other controversy they are currently surrounded in.
