I actually have my original Nintendo 64. :o Amazing, actually. It takes a couple offs and ons to get the system to read the cartridge that's in it, but, still xp

It has a release date? Woo! Not too sure how good the game will be, but I'll definitely try it out.

Based on what you've written it seems you'd like the DS. Generally if you like Nintendo games, get it.

I'm actually excited for both the DS version and the PSP one. ^^ I really can't choose which one is better since, you know, they're not released yet, and all we have to go by are a couple previews and screens.

Can't wait until KH3 comes out either, though that's going to be forever from now.

My advice is this: contact Nintendo or the shop you bought it from.

Attempting to fix it yourself from advice people on an online forum gave to you could cause you to break it further, or if it is still under warranty, void the warranty.

Yep, exactly. If you have a warranty on the thing, don't do anything. Just ask how you can get it fixed.

If you tamper with it in an attempt to fix it, you're destroying it in a way that it's "intentional" and the warranty you have won't be worth crap. Even if you don't have a warranty, it's highly unlikely anyone on the forums is going to be able to give you advice that Nintendo themselves can't give you.

I bought it because after checking out that the DS had a Zelda game, I found it had an array of other awesome games to go with it. =p

Phantom Hourglass. I actually just got my DS less than a week ago for my birthday, and I asked for it specifically. =p

I guess technically I haven't bought a DS game yet. xp
