Calling it expensive is not dumb...you can have a comparable gaming experience for $300 less if you buy core.......
I know that it hasn't changed the way I play games however there are probably a lot of gamers out there with live...that want their profiles showing the 100% completions....
I think it's going to limit a lot of PC game sales...there will be some people that will reject the games on this basis.
