Be back in a min. I have to reset everything.BIGJosher
I have the same setup and had to setup a DMZ. I do not like having to do that, but that is what worked for me. The portforwarding did notwork, but it should.

Why do executives get paid so much? When they make statements like this: http://kotaku.com/gaming/gag-order/ms-europe-exec-sees-red-rings-warranty-as-a-selling+point-281608.phpis that just corporate PR trying to put a spin on things and if so what team of people gave the poor exec these lines to say? We have been seeing stuff like this alot lately and it doesn't make any sense why these people get paid so much when they make statements like this! Unless their other executive skills out weigh their lack of consumer knowledge and impressions by 100 fold...

WTH - my long, nice reply didn't show up... Just to be short, doing a recall would cost MS a huge hit at a very important time in their business plan. They do not need to loose steam right now while widening the gap between Sony's product and their's. Next, with a 3 year period they do two things, save face in the consumers eye and increase their chances that they will not have to replace all systems. Finally, YES all systems are affected by this or they would not say "all consoles in production" are flaxed nor would they put a suggested 1 billion dollar price tag out their on how much it will cost them. Blah blah blah - I hope my other post shows up - this gamestop forums sucks.

THATS STUPID WHY WOULD YOU MAKE A SLIMMER VERSION AND HAVE IT $30's MORE THE REGULAR PSP IS $169!!!!!!!!! sorry not trying to get this into a console war arguement but when nintendo released lite it was price $130 which was lower then the price of the ds phat (or i think maybe when the lite came out the phat price lowered too). But i guess im just going to buy the older version of the psp.

Maybe you people should read up on the PSP Slim before posting. It will have video output which alone makes sense for it to cost $200. $200 is $50 less than the original price for the current PSP and well its going to sell like hot cakes. I will be buying one. Also, it releases Sept 10

You people kill me. Its less than $5 a month and it is well worth it. Why not support a company that brings you great games and an awesome online experience??? Besides, when is the last time you got something like the abilities and options Live offers for free? If it were free how was the service and so on? Example PS Network - sucks and is free. Live is great and cost a tiny amount of money per year. On top of that let me also state that people throwing out lag all the time have no idea what they are talking about. Lag can be caused by any number of things and while Live could be a factor in that, it is almost all the time an issue with the way the different users in a session are connecting to the server or how the host of the game has their router configured, not LIVE. So stop hating and using that all the time.

For the most part the arcade games have been touched up a bit, some have been worked to allow co-op over live and so on. In the end, if you are to cheap to pay the money and think it should be free then you just don't need to buy it. In addition Microsoft has to pay for a license for these games, just as the website you are talking about should have to. If the website has to pay for the license then you should have to pay for access to these games...I could keep on going, but in order to keep it short - don't buy it if you don't have the money or feel its a rip off. Many others will buy it because they realize the value in it.

i totally agree wit u its a shame that u haffta pay for maps for games wen u already payed 60 dollars for the game itself. vin360
You people kill me with this crap. First off when you paid $60 for the game - you paid for that product at that time. The developer later says hey let's make some more content and push it out on the market and everyone seems to think it should be free.... It shouldn't - they are a business and in business to make money. Microsoft is in business to make money as well. So you have options to pay for live or not and you also have options to purchase additional content or not.

Its like you just bought a new car and expect the dealership to change your oil for free for ever because you bought a car from their lot. blah blah blah - Live and optional downloadable content just makes sense to me... Also, please don't complain about paying $50 a year for a top notch online service. Its less than $5 a month and this service blows the doors off of Sony and Nintendo.

Paying for live is no issue to you and no issue to me. It is the best service out there. Now - paying for downloadable content SHOULD be expected and fine. Some content becomes free over time, so if you can't wait for it then buy it, otherwise to bad. Halo 2 maps always costs money on the old Xbox when they first came out. If you didn't have live and you wanted to purchase a retro arcade game on disc to play on the 360 you would have to pay for it at a store. Either way you would have to pay for it, so paying for it on live is cool.

COD4 is looking real nice.  I might have to get that instead of halo 3.  Or hold off on halo for the first month or two.jdub03
Do what?  Hold out on Halo???  What kind of fan are you!?
