@Mercenary848: ain't no way in Hell Wii U is a modern day Virtual Boy, it's a modern day GameCube. Both had Nintendo as the main supporter, and came in 3rd out of 4.

Let me guess, Switch was sold out right?

No. That's only a thing in Japan now. I know you're attempting to troll though. It's sad and pathetic that you want a platform to fail though.

That monster hunter hustle! I have to say Capcom's crossover into the mainstream has been a success... well done!!

But moving forward, if NPD decides it doesnt want to include digital sales it will be hard to take any sales numbers or list seriously. Stuck in the past and not accounting for what has to be a large number of sales.

Digital numbers just haven't been released yet. Those come tomorrow, which is why the official report is tomorrow.

It's no longer sold out in Japan either

Yes, simply for the fact a Wii U game ported can't compete with a game built entirely for Switch.

@Heil68: By that logic, the PS3 was a hot pile of garbage then since it was the lowest selling of all 3. Hmmmm....

Latest sales reports on VG Chartz has it just over 800K, meaning next year at this time it's likely to cross 1 million worldwide lifetime sales.

@Megavideogamer: your opinion, because the Turbo Express still has a better screen than any handheld made- once all capacitors are updated thanks to early 90's ones becoming doa. Plus, before analog was shut off (and in some small towns that are allowed to still broadcast in analog), it's a freaking television!! Turbo buttons on it, plays the same games as the TG-16, it's BY FAR the best ever made!! There's a reason it's been called the Rolls Royce of handhelds, and it deserves it!!

To answer the Vita question. It's a dead machine here. Japan it still sells, but not in America, and that's where Sony's profit primarily lies thanks to the huge trade difference in the dollar to Yen. Who cares that 90% of its sales are in Japan, if it doesn't sell well in America it's pretty much a dead system!
