Being happy about people losing their job is vile. I came here expecting people to be supportive and concerned for hard working, fantastic writers and producers etc. that no longer are gainfully employed. Those of you "happy" about them losing their employment should be ashamed of yourselves.

CBS is buying GiantBomb. For those of you that don't know, it's a site started by Jeff Gerstmann and Ryan Davis and joined by Brad Shoemaker and Vinnie Caravella who also worked at GameSpot. GameSPot and GiantBomb will now be sister sites. GiantBomb has been talking about it all morning.
Review Embargoes are lame. It makes me wait til the reviews are up from the sites I trust til I buy a game. Which stinks. If your game is as good as all these devs make it out to be in their interviews, then put your money(ME2) where your mouth is by getting it to reviewers in a timely manner! It's getting to the point for me where I will stop buying games from devs who do this. Sucks for me, and sucks for the schlubs who do it to their loyal fans.
Really strange. I just watched the Video Review by Kevin Van Ord and he really liked it, but there was no score at the end. I just came back on to see if there was a score now, and the Video review that was in my updates section is now gone from my updates and the PC game page for DA:O. He said the PC version is the best. Really weird that they took it down.
