fantastic game, but how and why would you do a sequel? i understand doing a sequel from EA's perspective at making more money, but as it pertains to the story, why would this guy end up having to fight more monsters in a ravaged ship again? I think the game was awesome as is, and it would ruin it for me if they did a sequel to this. I wish they would just have this same team work on a brand new IP. They are obviously, tremendously talented people, and don't deserve having to rehash this gamespace again, so EA bigwigs can have fatter wallets.
What RPG'er worth his salt blindly trucks through the story though? I have never gone in an RPG with the mindset,"I am only going to do the main storyline...every thing else can wait." What an asonine way to play an RPG. I won't however pick up this game because I am one of a minority of players that didn't like the original Fable. You all can have fun in Albion though.
Here is a question I have for all of you. I have absolutely not been able to find an answer. While going around the galaxy, I have run into a small handful of planets that are called, "unique planets." That is all the info I have been given on them. I am wondering if anyone out there knows why they are called that or can post a link telling me what their significance is in the game. Thanks beforehand for helping me out. I appreciate it.
I think some of the achievements(like your grenade one that you are going for) hurt online play. You are part of the problem. If they didn't have some of these achievements, those of us who don't care about them could fully enjoy online play. I want to play against people who just want to play. Not people who are playing to unlock meaningless online achievements. Achievements like theo one you are going for should ONLY be in Single player so as not to hinder the playing style of everyone else.
I play Perfect Dark 64 more than I play that game. Perfect Dark 64 is a perfected Goldeneye IMO. The dual functioning weapons, the amazing AI. I think the AI for the bots in the multi-player of Perfect Dark is the BEST AI ever made to date, and that game came out almost 10 years ago.
i thought it was a beautiful game and it had a great story, but all the stuff you had to do was so repettive. The buildings and the planets they were on were all copies of each other. The weapons weren't varied enough to warrant using half of them. same thing with the armors. i just think this one was a little flat really. i had fun with it at first, but they made you do the same things over and over.
So the review for The Force Unleashed is out for ALL platforms. The game isn't even out yet and they have a review for it. They DON'T however, have a review for RB2 yet and it is out NOW. The GameSpot homepage curiously has GH wallpaper up, for a game out more than a month from now, but NO review of RB2. I say shenanigans. I call chicanery and tomfoolery on you GameSpot. You should have a review out for RB2 if just to justify the adspace of the new GH game. You guys have to realize that your credibility has been deeply compromised in the past few months, and you should be taking every step imaginable to regain that back. This move on your part is weaksauce. I just want to let you know that I am starting think I should be getting my game news, reviews, and entertainment from another site altogether if these things don't change. Integrity and class are important, and you guys should go back to having a bit of both.
