you know of all the times i finished MGS i never once thought Otacon died, thats just idiotic playing on your part. all the people in here arguing so profoundly, how about you show some links, actually present some evidence to back up what your saying, or stfu. seriously, sick of people going bla bla bla bla this is how it happened, i cant tell you how or why, it just happened ok! why is it such a bad thing if it was big boss, i think the fact that MGS3 was in the 60's makes it fit more so, considering there is about 40-50 years difference in the time line, by natural aging, its about rite, when you consider how old he looks in MGS4. if they want to think its big boss then let them, its their opinion, only time can tell really. i dont think it is to be honest, but im not going to discourage them either, ill just state my opinion and move on. Kojima already dissapointed enough people with MGS3 NOT being a sequel, so i dont think they would have MGS4 WITHOUT Solid Snake. I dont believe the whole "snake dies" thing, the great solid snake, commiting suicide..... kinda dissapoints really, if he was going to die, i always pictured him going down, and taking a few metal gears or cyber ninja's with him. and think about the setting where it shows snake shoot himself, it seems like the same place that you play in throughout the game, not a very special setting for such an important scene. "the great solid snake shoots himself in an abandoned town" i think it would be a really cool idea to have big boss come into the game, like maybe someone reincarnated him or something, isnt that pretty much what happened to Gray Fox, snake thought he killed him, but he came back as the ninja in MGS. imagine that though the final boss fight, Solid Snaks final battle, is with the man who started it all, the whole reason solid snake exists.

[QUOTE="icey05"]

you people who say that sony copied nintendo are *****. thats like saying every company in the world copied each other by making dvd players.

it was new technology and just because nintendo announced it first, then they are the creators and original people who thought of it??? saying that they copied nintendo is a little unfair, so your trying to say is that the WHOLE time the ps3 was in development and they were designing the controller, not a single person there said a word about motion sensors, and then nintendo announce theirs and the dev team goes WOW why didnt we think of that, i mean we have been one of the leading console developers for the past 10 years

googleadam

theres were your wrong! its OLD tech very old.  Have you heard of the TiltForce2??

sorry for double post, but has anyone heard anything about sony posibly making a controller in the future with rumble abilities??

i was going to say that i think one day they will make a rumble controller for ps3, but i just thought about the problems it would give the motion sensing tech, i mean how can i sense motion if its constantly being vibrated? i think controllers would blow up if the 2 were combined

anyone agree?
