yeah i agree, the problem would deffinately be with the media, not the hardware.

and to that guy who is trolling. my game froze, i fell prey to a finger print. as far as i know, no PS3 has EVER frozen due to hardware problems.

1)is it ment to be that loud when its reading the disk?

like its not that loud, but id expect less from this kinda technology.

also.

2)this is the 1st time ive ever come across it, or even heard of it.

but last nite i tried to played National Treasure the dvd on my ps3.

now after i placed the disc in, it loaded halfway into the ps3 and then it was like the ps3s drive couldnt grip it, and the disc just stopped moving in.

and it was making the noise asif it was trying to load it.

after observing the DVD, i noticed that the edges of the dvd are rounded off slightly, its actually the only DVD ive ever seen with such a thing. ive never seen this before? has anyone els ever come across this?

3)i was also playing FF7 today, and there were a few times when it couldnt load anything, it was like the PS3 froze, but it wasnt frozen because i could still QUIT using the PS button. i cleaned the disk and it hasnt happened since. once again, i would expect a "next-gen" system to be able to over-come a finger print.......

4)i was thinking, if the game pauses, but i can still go to the PS menu, using the PS button, does that mean its a problem with the disc, and not the ps3?

everyone was building killzone2 up since E305.

everyone wanted to know if it was cgi or gameplay.

its not guerillas fault if u hyped urself too much

i think they have just about delivered.

thats the closests gameplay ive seen to cgi in a while.

keep in mind, is the game still a WIP its not completed.

the triggers work well with games that use the sensitivity that the triggers offer, such as racing games, the harder you push them, the more the car accelerates, but other then that, they work well. and as for the motion sensing, there arent alot of games that offer motion sensing atm, only one i currently know of is motorstorm, there are others. it feels good, movement is proper, just needs to be refined a little, alot of games just rushed motion sensing in.

and about the ff7 remake.

nomura has confirmed that at this very moment it is NOT in the works, BUT he has also hinted at it being a future project. i think he knows just as well as everyone els that it will be made, just trying to get us on edge. ENOUGH ALREADY! hahaha

im just watching the MGS4 trailers again to see if ive missed anything,
ok so ive seen a few things i think are worth mentioning....

GRAVE: in one of them, snake is visiting a grave yard, who was he visiting? who that snake was close to, has died in previous games? and he salutes to the grave too, random thought, imagine if its Big Boss and the grave is The Boss =] highly unlikely but its interesting

SCARE: also, there are several parts where snake is seen with no marks on his face at all and then when you see him with the eye patch, there is a huge scare down the left side of his face.

ok, so we know something, either there are 2 snakes, OR at some point in the game, snake suffers an injury to his left side of his face that leaves him with a nasty scare, and eye problems.

EYE PATCH: the eye patch may indeed be used for seeing, when he touches it, he mite activate some sort of battle mode

LIQUID: ok, there is a scene where liquid is seen saying "It was you who killed Abel and was cast out by Eve" what does he mean by this? who is Abel? Who is eve? he MAY be talking about the Eve from MGS3, which would support the Big Boss' return theory.

PATRIOTS: we have forgotten about these guys all together, didnt we find out at the end of MGS2 that most of the members of the patriots were dead? please shed some light on this.
also why would they be involved in this?

SUICIDE: snake says he must erase his genes, but he shoots himself. if anyone wanted his genes they would just extract some DNA from his body and clone him. to erase his genes wouldnt he have to destroy his body completely?

 RAIDEN: i personally dont think raiden will be playable, maybe an unlockable but not in the game itself, in the trailer he completely owns all those metal gear things (cant remember their names). to control a character that powerful would be overkill for sure, he would be unstopable
