I've found it to be a novlty that lasted for a week or so after Christmas, and has been generally covered with dust since. Zelda was not all that great, Red steel annoyed me, Wario Ware is just meh, and Wii Sports is the best game I'd played for it. I couldn't care less about power/graphics and all that, I want good games. Wii has not delivered as of yet. I don't even want many if any of the soon to be released games.
Deus Ex. It's like 5 years old, but it still rocks. Guild Wars (Any of them) A pretty good, non-suscription MMO (Well, kinda an MMO) You (should) get Counter Strike with Half Life 2, so play that as well, although it can be kinda newbie unfriendly at times. And there'd be a few more, but I can't remember than ATM >_>
you know i normally defend the wii. and i mean i defend it alot. but sheeps calm down. its a given the wii is graphically behind the other 2. by miles. sheesh calm down. the wii will be fine there resident evil umbrella chronicles. i understand it might be a spinoff but code veronica was really good. and technically resident evil 0 was a spinoff as well. also good game. relax. the wii is weak from a technical standpoint compare to the other 2. yes its stronger than the last gen systems. but the wii is behind. just because the other 2 dont have the motion sensing doesnt mean there games cant be fun. it just means wii games are fun in a whole different way. i mean whats with the damage control. relax.jg4xchamp
You Sir, are one of the few sensible people to post in this thread.
For me at least, Gears of War and Crackdown have been worth the price of entry for my 360 alone. I brought one a few weeks ago, 15 or so months after launch. I'll probably be doing the same with the PS3, assuming there are any games I want for it at the time. However, GTAIV is 360 and PS3, and so forth.
Oh, and I own Perfect Dark Zero, it's not that good TBH, give me the original any day.
I'll buy pretty much near anything if it's got games I want to play, and it's not amazingly expensive.
well when my ps2 finally gives up the ghost in gonna get a fatty one as its cheaper and ive already got a network adaptor and a dvd player play to play dvd/rw
