Great film, and I woudn't mind a sequel. Not sure if I care about mario having a role in it past "background shot" since I really liked the paraody game characters the movie came up with.
Consultant work while on active duty is always a tricky thing, the DoD is always really picky about the regs. I would almost say crap like this is why its more trouble than its worth
I'm not crazy about all their movies, the main thing being that I feel their humor seems to fall short most of the time. They have done good stuff, including WiR, but with the production values and resources they have available, I kinda of expect them to hit the mark more. However, that is for me, note that I did say they did well this time.
Maybe its just a new level where the player has to escape there own personal demons, which happen to be shaped like a wall? Or this is just some buggy crap that needs fixin'
Pretty common occurrence. But good to hear, at least in terms of knowing that the price (while) high isn't based on gouging consumers. This kind of plan shows they have faith that people will by the product. (it is Nintendo, so that is kinda in the bag)
