@metallinatus Personally I don't think oversexualization even needs to be justified or explained or mitigated by "yea but they have character too" or anything.

Some people like making that sort of content, and some people like consuming that sort of content. I happen to fit neither of those categories, but I am also not someone with the urge to censor things I don't personally like.

More power to those who enjoy it.

Congrats on this game's 10 out of 10 review.

I never played the first one, or really looked into what it was all about at all. I clicked on this when I saw a 10/10 because I figured it was worth learning about now!

Unfortunately, it looks like a twitchy, flashy, frantic mess of Japanese weirdness. Not really my sort of thing. Me finally getting a Wii U will have to continue to wait.

But again, grats to the game and grats to those of you who enjoy this sort of game.

We should never confuse sexual objectification of women with sexual glorification of women.

FYI I love both.

I was really hoping to come to this video and hear that backward compatibility was actually imminent for XBox One.

I just recently got an XBox One and it seems that my 360's HDMI port may have kicked the bucket right on cue. Maybe because I disturbed it's slumber by unplugging it to plug in the XBox One...

I have this preordered for PS4 but I'm wondering if I should've gotten it for XBox One instead. Any concrete info on resolution and frame rate between them?

I should really just get it for PC, but I will get that version eventually too... I sort of wanted to have a physical copy because I thought this would be a really great game. Perhaps I should just cancel the preorder and get the PC version now.

@AzatiS Isn't "an upset" when something which wasn't expected to do well does?

@saroban23 @geosurface Maybe it's helping that I haven't been absolutely pounding it like a lot of people seem to have.

I have had three play sessions and I'm playing again now, taking a little break to post. None have been more than like 2 or 3 hours. I'm level 11, mostly going solo but sometimes I team up with other people if it's convenient and they're around.

I mean it's not as gripping of a story as I found Halo or a lot of other stuff, but it plays well, looks good, and has a neat atmosphere - good music, etc.

It may not be one of my all time favorite games by a long shot, but I find it to be pretty solid so far.

I just found out about and downloaded the game a little bit ago, and it's night time, and I was going to play it... having not seen anything about what was in it.

I had my gf who is VERY easily scared sitting there having agreed to watch. We walked down the hallway to the basement door and heard something down there, and I immediately said "you know what? let's not do this. you're about to go to bed and i don't want to freak you out, I can tell this is going to be freaky."

She was very appreciative. Little did she know at least 50% of the reason I bailed was my own fear!

I've always credited myself with having a decent amount of bravery for stuff like this... but with recent things like Outlast and this I'm starting to find my limit. I just hope I can overcome this because I don't want to miss out on good experiences, especially stuff like Alien: Isolation using Oculus Rift.

I WILL man up. Just not quite yet :)
