Since there was only one vote from Ben-Buja about resurrecting the old thread I'm going to leave it for now. Nevertheless, you should now be able to view it in your posting history as I have restored the thread to the board. :)

Resurrecting this thread. I have zero idea why it was purged or by whom; I must apologize for any inconvenience.
Anyway, return to posting your gameplay videos! :D
I want to apologize... again... for someone taking down the Screenshots thread. I have found the old thread so if you would like I can resurrect it. It's up to you. :)
It is usually a mistake when someone is actioning spam comments, they accidentally purge the whole thread. :( I have raised this with my Mod Colleagues before but I'm sad that it's still happening.
P.S. I have resurrected the gameplay videos thread.
This thread 1. makes no sense and 2. doesn't seem to relate to PC games so, time to lockdown.
Shepard from ME1-3.
Alyx Vance from Half-Life 2.
April Ryan from The Longest Journey.
Well Skyrim has continued to do a really good job of always giving me new areas I've never seen or explored before. It was only after 150 hours I discovered Old Hroldan Inn and the associated quest there. The Eurogamer article says there are no secrets in Skyrim, but I disagree. There are lots of secrets if you look hard enough, including a fair few easter eggs.
The first big secret I remember their being a fuss over was the Ghost Town in GTA III. Supposedly if you could fly the Dodo well enough you could land over there and walk around. It was nonsense of course but it was a great story. Same with the myriad of easter eggs in San Andreas, as rrag's screenshot suggests.
Oh To The Moon no question. Only game to actually make me cry.
Other favourites though are Dear Esther and the recent Papers, Please. Very affecting.
I'd like an end to pre-rendered cinematic cutscenes, but I still kind of like dialogue tree, Mass Effect-style conversations. They're not really cutscenes despite the inability of the player-character to move. You still feel in control.
Subtitles off, for every game apart from old-school adventure games, where they originally needed subtitles.
I only listen to foreign films with subtitles, likewise with games.
So almost every fact stated in the Xbox One E3 Conference turned out to be false?
I know why Microsoft is doing this, but they sure look desperate for doing it.
