@NorseLax09: I don't think it's that hard to understand. I love the games that Nintendo makes, Zelda, Mario, Smash, etc. are all great franchises to me. However, for the last three generations I've found the consoles they make to be lacking compared to Microsoft and Sony. So because of this I wouldn't be sad if they stopped making consoles themselves and instead just made their great games on the other three far superior platforms available. This is all assuming Nintendo's future consoles would be inferior to Microsoft's and Sony's
@Dark_Mits: By real exclusives I meant games that are exclusive to the PS4. Switch has exclusives too but I don't care for their consoles so I'd like it if they quit the console business and made games for the other 3 platforms, that's all I was meaning.
My reasoning behind getting rid of Nintendo is they'd most likely just make games for the other platforms so if we're just talking consoles, Nintendo's have been the worst for three generations. I'd rather have good games on good consoles than good games exclusive to a bad one.
@sd4138: That's unfortunate, you'd be missing out on a lot of good games if it did happen. I think it'd feel a little weird too but at the end of the day what's important to me is if the game is good, I'll buy and support them. That's why I've got 3 consoles haha.
Man I'd love it if they stopped making consoles and just focused on games. 2 consoles and PC is enough I think, and Nintendo's consoles have been ass since the Wii. If one of the big three got out I'd hope it would be Nintendo. Their Switch games are amazing, imagine what they could do with a platform that isn't constantly behind.
Thank you, Gamespot, for covering Halo Infinite no matter how small the news. I'm so hungry for info on this game and I want every last piece.
Anyway, since H2 I've felt none of the games should be rated M, never really got why they were. The only one that i kinda get is the first but that's pushing it even.
