It is not too difficult to build the PC you are getting. Though, if worse comes to worse, you can simply find a computer repair shop and have them do it.

Do you own a copy of Windows Vista? And this computer will have aCD/DVD drive after you assemble it right?

I believe that after you assemble it, you need only install the software.

Anyways, just remeber that if it becomes too hard on you, you need only find a com puter repair shop near you.

You can ask yourself: What is the point to any game at all? Especially the multiplayer components of said games?

Anyways, considering MMOs in stark contrast to the campaign/storylines that all regular games generally have:

1. For some it is the competition. Competiton is elicited in all possible forms in an MMORPG: PvP combat, leveling races, equipment attainment, etc.

 2. For others it is the role-playing. Being able to immerse yourself in a world where a large number of the characters are actual people, and do the stupid, and the smart things that REAL people do. All in a setting that sometimes you wish were the real world.

3. For some it is the open-ended gameplay, the immersiveness. MMORPGs have worlds that are so huge, so beautiful- so immersive. I remember the first time my younger brother palyed an MMORPG- Star Wars Galaxies, the trial. Anyways, he being a noob, walked for hours (and enjoyed just seeing the Star Wars world) on foot throughout the online world. Eventually, he got the hang of attaining and using vehicles, and mass transportations systems in the game. And even though he feels stupid about it today, it was an amazing experience for someone who had enjoyed only the smallest of worlds in single-player normal games.

4. The quests. Some of the story-lines are interesting and challenging to complete in their own right.

 5. Money. Some people like to buy their gold and equipment, get leveled. Get a cheaters push in a world where the act of cheating is difficult and punishing to accomplish.

 6. And other reasons.

I doubt it. This is what happens when you overclock like you did:

All of you naysayers are being a bit too pessimistic. And living in the past too much:

So many games have been released, and so many original gaming views utilized in their programming. It becomes more and more difficult to generate newer views on gaming. Tell me, can you envision what a truly revolutionary game would be?

For all of you Starcraft fans out there, remeber that Starcraft II is a strong possibility.

While I would say that we are not in a golden age, we are doing pretty damn well gaming wise.
