With the current situation of the San Francisco 49ers changes NEED to be made. What would you like to see happen or who would you like to see go?

Personally, I'm all for giving coach Nolan another year (he broughtSUITS back folks)but bring in a Football GM to help out with evaluating talent and massaging the cap, someone like let's say...Carmen Policy? He might even help with the stadium deal. (I know longshot but we love nostalgia here in da'SCO!) It would be disheartening, as a fan, to see the whole thing get ripped to shreds to be started over again. Besides, he's turned around the Defense, in a very short time, so that should count for something.

I'd also bring in an offensive coordinator, because it's clear Nolan has no clue as to what happens on that side of the ball and this person should/would help mediate thegrumblings going on Smith and Nolan. Some of the O line is getting old and the depth is getting swept awayby injuries. Get #1 WIDE RECEIVER!!!

I'd give Alex Smith another shot, besides, you kind of have to with that huge gauranteed money contract of his. But bring in some competition not just a mentor/coach in Dilfer. Someone to really push Smith.
