Yes, the graphics doesnt stack up against Dirt 2, 3, 4 and Dirt Rally, Proj. Cars 1 & 2 etc.

But its nearly there. Nice effort 12 years ago! My favorite is still Dirt 2; oddly but its more fun than even the next many titles...

Its a perfectly valid point that if you can afford a proper and geniune gamer pc - then this easily removes any need to spend time on inferior systems.

As per the question; you can clearly see (if you can read) that I prefer the Sony-based system over the X-junk; however why indeed should one use it at all.

The only reason to all practical purposes of using one of those kiddie-toys are if you are one of the unfortunate 2% who cant afford a proper pc gaming system.

Now, I certainly have no intentions of insulting you, my good friend, but I cant help wonder... what are you doing online? You most likely should be serving up burgers from a window.

Why bother?

I have two gaming pc's - then there's no real need for the 'kids toys'.

... If I had to choose between them [why, oh why, when you can buy gaming rigs with 1000sands of more games and vastly surperior performance - and settings] - then I'd go for the Ps, obviously.

I did buy the ps3 just to experience the GT-series. But after that its just been collecting dust.
What's the point of booting up a kid-console.

(.. not even my kids bother playing w. it. They have their own gaming laptops ;- )
