Dude, stop spamming this. PSN had a couple major incidences, but aside from a few DDOS "hacks" Playstation hasn't had anything much bigger than Xbox Live has in the past five years.
Honestly, I think it is more worth it for Xbox Live. Mostly because I never had an Xbox 360, but I get 24 free Xbox 360 games that I get to keep forever (provided I've downloaded them***). The deals are a plus, but Steam has much better deals to begin with (Hell, PS+ typically has better deals too)
PS+ I don't feel is quite as worth it because I don't get to keep the free PS3 games. I do play more online with my PS4 because that is where my friends are, but I pay for both because I do like those free 360 games.
1) There are many things that I can do in the Xbox One's UI that I can't with the PS4. I can search up my achievement progress, look something up online, I can even play my PS4 (or any HDMI device) through my Xbox One using One Guide and split screen it if I really wanted to, all without leaving my game. Also, voice commands are by far better on Xbox One than PS4.
2) Installing games is faster on the PS4, but downloading games is faster on the Xbox One.
3) Party chat crashes on me sporadically for the PS4, yet I haven't encountered this issue for my Xbox One yet.
I do think that Xbox could use more varied and better exclusives. I wish they would grab a few IP's from their original Xbox days. Now THAT was a system that had exclusives!
Yeah, Episode VII was just a reboot of Episode IV in a lot of ways.
Person from the desert finds a droid and goes on a fantastic adventure with an older version of a well known hero who is currently in hiding. Along the way they discover plans for a huge device that can destroy planets lead by a sith lord who happens to be related to the person from the desert planet. That sith lord then kills the well known old hero while everyone else escapes the destruction of the huge device.
Episode I had some laughably bad acting. Especially from the Gungans and the Trade Federation. I love the movie for nostalgia (it was my first Star Wars movie I saw in theaters), and the special effects were great, but it really isn't that good of a movie.
In fact, my statement is more relevant than his. We are talking about a mobile game on a mobile platform. That is like having a review for a portable Blu-Ray player and someone comments on the local theater having better audio. No shit will the theater have better audio, but I can't bring a theater with me on the road to keep my kids distracted.

If you Google "PSN Down" and "Xbox Live down" you can see the difference in reports for each one. PSN is much more consistently down according to sources like downdetector. Both PSN and Xbox Live are being "hacked". DDOS is like a prank for a lot of people. Amazon knows how to handle it well, but Xbox and Playstation still need some work.
That sucks about your card though. I had the same issue on my PS4 a while back. I had to put in all of my information and re-verify my address twice before it worked again.
