What type of new chips are you talking about. They do not have the Jasper chipset, ie.. 65nm CPU and GPU.

anyone know if the "jasper" chips are shipped with the new 60 gb models?silky_smooth8

No they are not. Look at the sticker on the box. If it is 175W or higher it is not Jasper.

The new 60gb 360's do not have the 65nm CPU and GPU, or Jasper. Supposedly you can tell by looking at the wattage on the sticker on the box. If it is 150W, then it has the 65nm CPU and GPU. The new 60gb have been broken open and have the old 90nm GPU. Also, the new 60gb 360 are supposed to have 175W on the sticker. If you dont have the box, you can look on the bottom of the power brick.

[QUOTE="dukebd699"]

[QUOTE="Making_Pudding"]God, I hate that game. I don't know why anyone plays it. :[Making_Pudding

It has one of the best stories on the 360.

I don't mean to be condescending, but if I wanted no gameplay and a good story, I would watch a movie or read a book. The point of a game is interactivity; FUN interactivity. Good storytelling is only a bonus.

Not even BioShock can survive without it's gameplay.

I can't comment on The Darkness' story, since I saw very little of it, but my inital impression told me that the tale was an overly dramatic one.

'Course, this is only my opinion. There are people out there who enjoyed the gameplay.

I'm confused by some of your comments. " I can't comment on The Darkness' story, since I saw very little of it, but my inital impression told me that the tale was an overly dramatic one." Can you explain? It sounds like you played the game for a couple of hours or less and then stopped.

I also dont understand when you said "if I wanted no gameplay and a good story, I would watch a movie or read a book." Then you say you can't comment on The Darkness Story?? How would you know if The Darkness has a good or a bad story then??

I rented the game and played it for a couple/three days. It was different. Not a big fan, I might rent it again.

Not trying to cause trouble, just wondering or confused, or both.
