I got caught? I worked at Bestbuy in the Media Department during the 360 launched didn't like the hours went back to work for Hollywood transferred to the GameCrazy side as an assistant manager worked there during the PS3 and Wii launches why would I make that up? Plus if you go back and look at my past year posts you'd see where I've also made mention about working at those stores.

I guess its inconceivable that I'd work retail like those are hard jobs to get and brag about. If anything I'm happy I don't work retail anymore making better money around 17dollars and hour now working for Comcast. Why would I lie about working at GameCrazy for?

People like the tc need to stop looking through fanboy goggles. I have a PS3 and a 360. The RROD problem is why I didn't get a 360 till about Sept last year. I'm a gamer so I don't like missing any games. Sure I wish I just had one system to play everything but it doesn't work like that. Last gen I had a PS2, Xbox, and Cube. This gen the only systems that interest me are the 360 and the PS3 both systems have good games.

If a person had a PS3 I could understand if they felt that they don't need a 360, some of my friends only have PS3's some of my friends only have a 360. The two systems share so many games and most of their exclusives cancel each other out.

Unreliable hardware is a good reason not to own a 360 I know some people who jumped ship because of that alone and nothing else. Those people who say well it isn't a problem anymore so people can't use that excuse how can you tell someone who's just lost over $400 in a product then expect them to trust the product again? Personally I felt a little crazy for buying a 360 even though I saw first hand from hundreds of customers with 360's went through, but I just could not pass up on the games the system has.

I bet the tc doesn't even have a PS3 its the only way he'd make such useless post.

I'm sorry that I made no mention of the Wii only because it doesn't interest me, but if wii owner is satisfied with just the wii then to each his own how can anyone tell anyone else what to like its.

RROD was never exaggerated try working at a game store and you'd know that. I don't work at a gamestore anymore, but I believe from what I've heard I guess failure rate is probably under 10%, but back in 2006 when I worked at GameCrazy it was like the a 360 models were failing anywhere from 4-6 months. My store used to have about 20 360's fail a month it was ridiculous the store display died 4 times that year. The 360 was the easiest warrenty to sell I didn't have to go into my sales pitch all I did was direct the customers eyes to the stack of broken 360's in the corner and they always bought it.

My current 360 has worked for 10months now no prbs I assume the problem is much less now, so anyone claiming it to be a big problem now most likely doesn't know what their talking about, but the RROD bashing was well deserved there's no doubt the 360 is the most unreliable piece of hardware this gen noone can argue that.

Before people go around bashing Sony over the PS3 need to stop acting as if Microsoft did a great job on the 360. Both companies messed up, but it seems the PS3 has games and is selling at a good price and the 360 doesn't seem to fail as much so I guess for us gamers both are good signs.

then you should have seen 2005/6 and all the 360 bashing.

There wasn't alot of 360 bashing in 2005 first it was bashed for having no games which it didn't, but like with most systems in their first year. The PS3 was bashed for the same thing. The 360 was also bashed alot for the red rings which it so rightfully deserved to be. Even with that it was nowhere near the bashing the PS3 got and deserved.

I own both the PS3 and the 360 I like em both the PS3 a bit more, but both companies that produces them messed up badly in my opinion

I have a PS3 I've had it since launch day, but I'm the first one to admit that Sony was very arrogant when they launched the PS3 at 600 dollars when the previous two were launched at 299.99. Sony has noone to blame but theirselves for alienating so many gamers. Sony has lost alot of market share this gen, I'd say they be lucky to sell at least 60million PS3s which is a big drop from over 100 million like the previous models.

I read that Sony was still looking to sell 150 million PS3s now that really has to be wishful thinking on their part. I have no doubt that they will outsell the 360, but nowhere near the likes of the PS1 or PS2.

left4dead is multiplat also because it goes to PC. You seem like you have good taste, I'm also looking forward to RE5, Fallout and FF13. No Fable/Banjo/LBP love though? Oh and don't forget Farcry 2, that game looks awesome, although I will prob get it for my PC. peace.

I don't have a rig and I'm more of a console gamer anyways. I didn't like the first Fable and have never been a Banjo fan, LBP looks ok. Farcry2 looks pretty good, but Farcry series has always seemed mediocre to me personally.
