BT was probably the first to do the things it's claiming for, since it's such an old company much like how the BBC was the first ever broadcaster of its type at the time.
As much as I'd love to see Steam get sued, these patents are kind of vague and if they win it'll just mean they can do it to other places like Origin, uPlay, GoG and so on.
@method115: It's not necessarily about the game's story itself nor how it plays but more like how they market them in general, for someone like myself who doesn't like being tied to DRM it was wonderful.
@slappy54: I played it for the first time only 2 or so years ago, even now it's a good game to play. Witcher 3 regained a lot from it that was missing from 2 I believe.
