@gargungulunk Uh, that's 3 different dudes (actually two dudes and one dudette). MM1 = Manami Matsumae, MM2 = Takashi Tateishi, MM3 = Yasuaki Fujita. And apparently Manami Matsumae IS involved with this new project. As well as the III team I assume, which consists of people who worked on MMZ1~4, MMZX1~2, and MM9~10.
Yeah, I know. I've put 4300 hours into it since early 2009.
Anyway, there is no difference except cosmetics. This spidervemon guy is talking pay2win, which TF2 certainly isn't. You start out with stock weapons, which are the overall best weapons in most situations anyway. And you still get random weapon drops as F2P. As for not having enough space for all the weapon drops, you can make enough money on the Steam Market during special events selling crates and stuff to buy yourself the $0.99 backpack expander, making you a F2P no longer.
What kind of doomed degenerate equates console preference and not having a lot of money with being a "scumbag"? You are one twisted little kid. And a hypocrite. You are as bad or worse than the people you're shitting on. Even more so if you are trolling and know better. Grow up.
Because unlike a lot of schmucks around here, I try to give a game a fairly thorough chance before I pass judgment. And who said I didn't like it? I like quite a few things about it. I'd probably give it like a 6. Anyway, 100 hours is not that much, considering the time it's spread across (and I was probably a little generous with that estimate... it's probably more like 75). I put thousands into the games I love. I'm going on 4200 hours for Team Fortress 2. :)
Meh. I put a hundred or so hours into it with two characters. Boring, same-y isometric environments, with 90% of encounters feeling like the same damn fight over and over. Only need to use 1~3 of your abilities to dominate. Hold M1, throw a few M2s in there every now and then along with some potions, and you win (and yes, I did play on the highest difficulty). Pretty mindless. It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't a lonely, lonely grind. I would have preferred a Torchlight MMO. :/
