I think this is really sad. If they really won't remake Final Fantasy 7 until they make a game that tops it, then I won't even hold my breath! None of the games have had the impact or been as fun as 7 since (although 9 was somewhat close (it was just too easy)). I find it a bit of a head scratcher that they think their Final Fantasy series would be abandoned after making a remake of 7. Although it hasn't been that great for a while the series is still pretty popular. BTW, I liked 3, 7, 9 and 12 in the main series. 10 was OK but I didn't play it a lot.
@Frame11 @Scorch_22 lol. I didn't notice that she was a girl until I saw her boobs. And I wasn't looking at her muscles either. Her face looks hella manly in the screenshot, lol!
@Jestersmiles What? Have you ever even played a FF game before 10? A lot of them were very good, quality games that had depth to their stories. I wouldn't call that no substance.
The game looks good and the music is absolutely fantastic. BUT...I'll probably never be interested in playing a Final Fantasy game online. That's why I completely skipped 11 and played and owned 12. Sadly, this one will be a skipper too. It looks good!
I'm so pissed that I'll be at work till 8:30 PM eastern time tonight. :( I won't be able to see it when everyone else experiences and is talking about it.
