This is kind of senseless since many of the games use different engines and some engines are just poorly optimized and do not scale at all very well. There are certain games that are and exception to the rule such as Doom(2016) with its openGL and Vulkan drivers.

Still the benchmark is Crytek with Crysis3. Not being able to hit 4K@60fps with a GTX1080 or even a 1080Ti(as in Linus Techs benchmarks) still goes to show that the Xbox 1X will certainly not play these games at 4K on High or Ultra settings.

@zero_dawn: Without a doubt its the GOTY. Everything about this game is top notch(Mechanics,Story, Open World (no tedious quests etc etc). There are so many different ways to handle a situation and everyone will choose to handle it differently. Guerrilla made an exceptional game and for sure I will be getting the expansion.

@skemaal: Destiny has me still playing since its release. I'm talking about over 2000 hours worth and I still play it. I don't mind paying the episodic content such as the Taken King (even if it costs me 50$). At the end of the day, the most important thing is to have fun and get your moneys worth. If you play a few thousand hours on a game for sure it comes out to barely cents/hr. That's a fantastic deal. Diablo 3 and Destiny have brought a lot to my gaming experience at a fraction of a cost.

True that Games such as Horizon and the Last of Us are totally amazing gaming experiences but once they are finished the cost/hr tends to be high and very rarely to I go back and take a 2nd stab at a game though I did for the Last of us and the whole uncharted series.

The real issue here and what Nintendo is not telling you is that they can't incorporate voIP into the switch. The hardware limitations along with the streamlined Switch OS cannot support this functionality without having a HUGE impact on performance. The only solution is to have a 3rd party device (such as your phone) handle the voIP.

Now the saddest part of all this is that Nintendo never thought of this before. If they would have taken a bit more time and had a grain of due diligence, they would have optimized Switch OS to a reasonable level so that voice communication could run in the background without taking too big of a memory and processing footprint. I can't believe they let this happen...We are in the year 2017 right?
