In recent months playing games online on my Xbox One in particular Overwatch and Battlefield 1 sometimes I'll get lag spikes which will last about 20-30 seconds each time, there's no pattern to this, they'll just happened out of nowhere and then stop. I was playing Overwatch last night for example for just under 3 hours and I had 6 of these lag spikes in that period.

Any suggestions to solve these lag spikes would be much appreciated as they are quite annoying.

I enjoyed my time with it and I don't think it's as bad as people made out, The biggest flaws now are some of the dialogue being quite amateur and visual glitches but I believe it's the massive hype the game had though and the infamous bugs/glitches on day one that forever doomed the game. No patches or updates would make it recover.

I would say so, for me personally the backwards compatibility on Xbox One isn't totally reliable and also a good selection of games aren't compatable. I've still got my 360 from 2007 and got no plans to ever get rid of it.
