Chris Watters's Rio de janeiro setting but Carolyn Petit's crime empire idea based around drugs, i love the scarface game for ps2 but i think the GTA series could do alot more with that idea, also after this years "Fast 5" i can imagine a GTA game there, building your drugs empire maybe abit of street racing at the beggining, favela wars, people attacking your drug houses, bent brazlian coppers who you keep having runnings with untill your on top then you take out all the top guys like the police chief and some politicians and a lawyer or something then you own Rio. I know i seem like a Fast and furious fan gone mad but i do think it would be a great game setting and with GTA behind it they would do the setting justice. Also its a unvisited place by games really so something different im sick of America its boring. This is Brazillllla!!
