Ah, I've been interested in that one for a while now. I'm contemplating whether to begin the anime or the manga. It caught my attention since I like mysteries and, well, sadistic guys. :P

I would say stay away from the anime.... It does no justice to how good the manga was. The only good thing about that mess was that Neuro's voice was done by Koyasu.
