Here's more:

Bonks Adventure

Vectorman

Shining Force

Killer Instinct

Dark Stalkers

Clay Fighters

Battle Toads

Streets of Rage

Starcraft

Marvel Vs. Capcom (this would probably never make it on the Wii, however)

Road Rash

Duke Nukem

System Shock

Power Stone

Shinmou

Tetris

Tempest

And for God Sakes, an absolute, bonafide, genuine, updated version of PAC-MAN... the original video game icon. And I'm not talking about some adventure game either. Not everyone can be like Mario.

Like I mentioned earlier, just because Sega doesn't have a game system anymore, doesn't mean a franchise hase to die. Many of the titles listed were some of Sega's greats and were the answer to some of Nintendo's exclusives. I also thought to included at least one TurboGraphics-16 game along with some Atari games.

Besides what's already posted for voting, I would like to see these franchises make a comeback. Keep in mind, I'll be including some real OLD SCHOOL in no particular order:

Contra

Golgo 13

Megaman (an updated version)

Actraiser

Punch-Out

Ikari Warriors

Wizards & Warriors

Ghouls & Ghost

Double Dragon

Adventure Island

Space Harrier (just because sega doesn't have a game system anymore doesn't mean this franchise has to die)

Shinobi (just because sega doesn't have a game system anymore doesn't mean this franchise has to die)

A bonafide Castlevania adventure game and not a spinoff

No More Heroes 2; an updated version of Megaman (not hating on Megaman 9); an updated version of Adventure Island; A new DK; an Actraiser sequel; an updated Faxanadu (NES classic); an updated version of Hogan's Alley (NES classic); Metroid (3rd person); and an ACTUAL new Punch-out. I can go on, but these are just a few.

32 and still a gamer. I've had/have other systems over the years but I'll only mention the Nintendo systems for the sake of Nintendo:

I had my NES at 13

I had my SNES at 16

Bought my N64 at 20

Bought my Gamecube at 29

And bought my Wii at 32

I personally am a die hard nintendo wii fan. I was in the same shoes most people with a wii have been in concerning if they should sell it or not. But honestly, what for. The Wii might not have a lot of games but it doesn't need them. The great games it does have will leave you stuck on it and dropping out of school in no time (lol J/P). Look at games like Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Galaxy, and Metroid Prime. These three games have the greatest replay value in any game in history. Legend of zelda is one of the longest and entertaining games I have ever played. So what the system doesn't have a lot of games. If the wii had a vast number of games like the competitors what would you do with the games you must unlikely haven't finished? Just throw them away...... I mean, if you have beat all these games.... Me personally, I'm still playing Mario Galaxy, Legend of zelda, and metroid and I'm just waiting patiently for these future games to come out like Conduit and Madworld (they're freakin awesome). But yeah, I just had to get that off my chest b/c a lot of people talk about the wii lacking games and I just feel that you can't enjoy a game to it fullest when you're trying to beat 50 other games in your spare time. OH YEAH NINTENDO RULES!!!!!!funk4lfe

I'm with you on that brotha!!!

I don't care that the Wii does not have the graphical power of the 360 and PS3. Think about some of the horrible Wii games that are out right now. If you threw on some tight graphics for those games--the games would still suck!!! Also, there are 360 and PS3 games, with nice graphics that suck. Gameplay is key!!! Unfortunately for the Wii, alot of its games not only have poor graphics but horrible gameplay as well--and that's supposed to be the Wii's bread and butter. The 3rd party support...is not true 'support'. If I'm out numbered 1 to 6, don't just send me 2 people for support! I understand that devs can not put all of their talented know-how into the Wii, but that does not mean you put in a half-assed effort into a Wii game, especially when some games show that the system is capable of so much more. Devs are shooting themselves in the foot, and wander why they have poor sales on a Nintendo console. Nintendo is also doing the same by allowing these developers to make games for them, because they are so geeked about having 'support' for a change...they are willing to accept anything. No wander why Miyamoto hinted that devs are not putting their best into games. It's also no wander why Nintendo is coming out with a slew of first-party games...to hold their own.

Tri-Enforcer

Amen to that! The Wii is a great system. The developers of Nintendo know that. It's just that some of the Third Party (TP) companies still haven't grasped the full capabilities of the Wii... Grasshopper, Developer of No More Heroes, is an exception. They seemed to be on point with such a masterpiece title, and is arguably the best third party game for the Wii. I don't know, maybe TP companies really need to sit down with nintendo to truly understand what the system is capable of. Some of the TP companies should be ashamed of themselves for delivering such shovelware garbage when the system itself has the capabilities of delivering such great hits like Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime, and SSB. They need to take a page out of Nintendo's book. Advice to some of the TP companies, PUT MORE EFFORT INTO YOUR CRAFT!!!! Hell, at this rate with the huge success of the Nintendo developed games sold for the Wii, Nintendo doesn't need any support. I'm joking of course! But, Nintendo can only do so much and TP companies need to STEP IT UP! Nintendo presented the gaming world something different than the norm that we are all so accustomed to, and TP companies need to take advantage of that. Otherwise, what are these TP companies truely bringing to the table? However, the system is still in its early stages and with highly acclaimed TP exclusive games coming out within the next year, I'm still hopeful and confidant that these TP companies will get their act together. As far as if I care if my Wii is underpowered? No, because I knew exactly what I was purchasing and knew it was underpowered in comparison. The Nintendo developed games are very good for the most part. I just didn't expect for some of the TP companies to be so inconsiderate of the systems capabilities.
