When I was told to send my 360 in for repair I got a repair code but I cant find were to enter it on the xbox support website. Ive tried clicking on check repair status but there wasnt a spot for it. Does anybody know where this is?
Ive done that but it says i dont have any consoles but when i try to register it its either tells me the serial number is already registered or that there is a problem and i should try again later.
Does anybody know if walmart gives you a warranty? If they do would i be able to bring it in and have them give me a new or refurbished one because I talked to microsoft and they said it would take 4 weeks to repair.
I bought a used copy of COD3 yesturday but when i put it inthe 360 it made a wierd grinding noise. I took it out but there didnt seem to be any scratch. I tried to put it back in but the disc tray wouldnt stay closed. I turned the 360 off and when i turned it on it sounded like it was reading the disc for a few seconds until the disc tray icon on the screen read unplayable disc. Ive tried this with Guitar Hero two which worked before and it does the same thing. Any advice?
