Sign in at Xbox.com and click on "support" near the top of the page. Once you do that, look to the right side of the newly displayed page and click on "Check warranty and repair status". You should now be taken to a new window that will show the serial number of the console that you are currently having repaired. Click on it, and it will show your order status.
Ive done that but it says i dont have any consoles but when i try to register it its either tells me the serial number is already registered or that there is a problem and i should try again later.
