When I was told to send my 360 in for repair I got a repair code but I cant find were to enter it on the xbox support website. Ive tried clicking on check repair status but there wasnt a spot for it. Does anybody know where this is?
I dont think it matters.. all i remember is they sent me my box and it included stickers. all i had to do is replace the sticker with my address with the sticker they sent so it can go to their address. Just call them up and they should be able to pull up your last call. Once i call 5 times and they were like "i see you've called already today"
I was given A repair code as well but it wasen't used for anything. I just checked the staus on xbox.com. If your console is registered there and linked to your gamertag all the info will be there. Under The first support link, there's another check warrenty and repair staus link.
