"Mr. Sweendrix , what you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought relating to the article at hand. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul"

I'm ready to go back to basic weaponry that isn't overpowered and doesn't have attachments that shoot out drones, see through walls, etc. BF4 is great and I love that game, but that's more hardcore and strategy then arena shooter that I'm looking for to complement my BF4 playing.

@brewskimi: Also, the picture in the article brings back memories of how awesome and truly innovative the original MW was and how every title since has been unsuccessfully (not in terms of sales numbers obviously) trying to reproduce that.

Probably another futuristic or near-future setting with all kinds of advanced weaponry, gadgets, and perks. I wanna go back to the days with the M16 popping off a three round burst with the satisfying bullet hitting the helmet sound confirming my headshot.

@Baconelite:

That is precisely what the Hitman series fanatics want so naturally they won't do it. In an attempt to reach a mass audience they botched Absolution, in my opinion. I had more fun playing the sniper challenge mini game than I did playing that game. Seriously though, if they did what you and I are asking, they would not need to spend as much money developing the game, would not need to market it as much as the diehards would pick it up regardless, and would please their main audience and most likely attract more players too. But listening to their hardcore fans is asking too much of course!

@FallenOneX: Well in this case, I would "believe" my son to get out of an $8,000 bill.

@Seymour47: How dare you call Captain Kirk a liar! I'm sure he makes a killing off his 1 day in the studio recording his 10 lines they repeat over and over In the game and is just dying to get back in there!

@Seymour47: "He also says he'd do the job for free, if it meant the franchise might come back."

@mdign Why would you want Madden 25 if you have Madden 15?!?! +paying for EA Access doesn't constitute as receiving games for "free".
