@Romayo83: Even though the bolt action rifle was the most widely used infantry weapon of the time period, I highly doubt we will only be getting single shot rifles to use in multiplayer. Towards the end of the war submachine guns such as the MP 18 and other fully automatic weapons such as the Browning were developed and used.
@Xristophoros: They have been taking "risks" with their sci-fi elements for 6 straight games and finally the people are fed up with it. Unfortunately, they are going to continue to sell well thanks to COD4 bundle and will be able to continue this fabricated success with bundling Modern Warfare 2 with their 2017 release. I want COD4 but will not give in to them if they do not release it as a standalone sometime after launch.
"...see them get re-married but not to somebody who is better-looking than you"....to me that statement reads he wants them to do good but not as good as him. Kind of contradicts his statement of hoping they don't screw it up because to me if its not as good as the original 2 gears I'm going to be disappointed.
@Kezzy123: No need to spend $80 when it's available through EA Access. Always gets put in the vault relatively quickly (or seems that way) after release because it doesn't sell all that well.
As a casual fan of the series I feel like this game has taken more steps back since NHL 10-12. Something about the gameplay, especially on current gen consoles, just feels slower and stale to me.
