Young, please inform me of which PS3 game that is currently using more than a standard region 9 can hold? Keep in mind they've had 2 years for and exclusive to do so.

my hands cramp after an hour or so trying to use the PS3 controller for FP shooters. Regardless FP shooters suck on PS3. At least that has been my experience.

henry4th, I have both consoles and I love halo 3 and I love the multiplayer. The graphics aren't the best I have seen but they have artistic style and has good enemy AI unlike haze. Gears wasn't much longer on the campaign, but I have spent about 600 hours on multiplayer. How many have you spent on heavenly sword and drake? Oh yeah, they don't have multiplayer. Haze may drop on the 360 but it want be shamelessly promoted like Haze on the PS3 as being the next best thing and then sucking swamp nuts. Besides who needs Haze with Ninja Gaiden 2 and Gears 2

It has been been my experience from purchasing video cards for the pc over the years, that ATi cards tend to render games better. But Promotional 3d demos released on Nvidia website look awesome as well. I assume that this influences the appearances in the consoles as well. I have both systems and both look impressive on exclusive games. Yes, Heavenly Sword's visuals blew me away as did Uncharted, but not anymore than did Gears of War the first time I played it. For an aging game now 31 years old, the 360 seems to have more mature games with a grittier feel. After owning a PS3 for a couple of months it seems evident to me that Sony was more interested in developing the PS3 as a multitasking machine more so than a gaming console. It truly is a remarkable piece of machinery for all that it does. However, Sony seems to have sold out their loyal gaming consumers to include blu-ray function instead on focusing on games. This is evident in lack luster ports and long delays in development. Just imagine if they have ditched the blu-ray and incorporated direct x 10 instead and beefed up the video memory block to 512 or a gig. If they did that then this article wouldn't exist and their would be a clear winner already. Also Crysis would be a PS3 game. Probably Gears would be on the PS3 because the PS3 launch wouldn't have been delayed. However, HD DVD would be the winner in the Hi Def war and Sony would have lost a boat load on their Blu-ray format. It was a good trade off for Sony, but bad for gamers.

It doens't matter how much data is on a disk. The GPU can only display so much at a time, little thing called draw distance. That's why buildings are fuzzy in the back ground and the textures pop in when you get close. The draw distance is basically the same on both consoles because they are about equal on processing power, except the 360 penis is a little bit larger than the PS 3 penis

Why is it that screens shots look so good in previews for for Sony exclusives, but the gameplay videos look like sh** after they release? I'm not goiing to name any games..eh hmmmHAZE. .Sony has lost sight with their consumer base. They were to busy buying off WB to tilt the HI-Def war. Face it HUlk , Iron Man, both were Paramont , and Paramont was HD DVD exclusive. Had Sony not gotten WB for Blu-Ray Then HD format war would have probably gone to HD DVD. During Christmas HD DVD movies outsold Blu Ray and the players were dropping below 200 dollars. Instead of letting the consumer decide they let the suits decide that you would have to buy a 350 dollar player or 500 dollar console to play the new HD movies. Sony needed the PS3 to promote Blu ray, it has nothing to do with better games. If any thing it hindered the development of games. Sony designed the PS3 to be a multitasking unit, that is why the system and video memory are hacked up into 256mb blocks. this creates a bottleneck that developers will unlikely overcome by the end of this console war. In the end Sony was more worried about using the PS3 as a promotional tool for bluray other than a gaming system. Sorry fanboys you got suckered. I have a PS3 (bought a 80 gig for 250 from a guy who was bored with it) and its a fine Blu ray/media server, but I am a gamer first and foremost. That being said the PS3 doesn't have much to offer.
