My favorite game on PS3. Loved Forza 4 as well, especially online/club racing. But this game is definitely the best simulator on any console. Sound is improved but still has a ways to go. Fix that, the collision and AI and you have the greatest racing game ever, if you're a gearhead.

@penpusher True....and I was saying generally. Girl gamers are similar to the guys. But I believe that as a casual audience girls would be more likely to pick up Mario Kart and Donkey Kong than COD, Killzone,etc - which is what I think the casual guy audience would gravitate towards. And yes, that is a very broad assumption as you suggested.

A lot of hate on here for Nintendo. What many people don't realize is that, technically, the Wii won the last gen console wars. They had 25 million more systems sold than the 360 and 30 million more than PS3. If you have kids, the wii u is the best bet. Once the big first party titles come out, kids are going to be bugging their parents for a wii u.

I believe Nintendo is going to be a player in this console wars. It looks a little one-sided on a video games site, but that's because the age range on here is probably mostly 13-25 year olds and mostly male. What games do they like? FPS mostly. Sony and MS have consoles for those games, not Nintendo. But, and not to be chauvanistic, girls are probably going to prefer a Mario-themed game to the latest COD-as a general rule. Same for parents and younger children. And I do as well, provided there is a good racing sim for a diversion. (Project Cars is looking good)

My wife is pushing me to get one as these are the games she wants to play. If Nintendo can put in a few grittier type games (not just FPS) to add to the excellent first party games, then I believe they actually have a chance here, and certainly a very good chance at #2 behind sony

Well, this was totally uniformative. Way to only look at one side of the issue. This guy has no clue about anything. "It's the safest....state of our planet that has ever existed". 50-100 years ago would you lock your doors? There has been more death from wars in the past 100 years than all of human history combined.

I realize no one on here will agree with me, but this video is completely biased. We listen to things we want to hear and tend to completely close our mind to things we don't. I'm not saying violent video games are the sole cause of any crime or violence, but we should at least look at the possibility that they could be a contributing factor instead of dismissing it just because we can't definitively prove it.

My wife is a huge Sims fan, played every one, so after I read about this, I got her to try "The Ville". She said it's similar but it has a lot of differences. Give the jury a few FPS side by side (one of them being whatever one EA makes) and see the difference or lack thereof. EA just wants to monopolize everything, period. But both companies are useless.

@stan_boyd This is exactly what I was thinking. Every grey/brown shooter looks the same to me, and EA certainly wasn't the first one to put it out there.

@iluvOP EA hasn't put out a decent game in years.

I realize Porsche is in Forza now but that's just because their hold on it was running out.
