Could be the problem as laptops dont always have a good range on the network cards, try moving closer to the router. Your fierwall may be effecting you also.

Hi, I recomened everyone to use Spybot, its free and it does a great job!

You can download it from here:

http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10743107.html?tag=lst-1

Also I suggest you use Firefox Broswer rather than Internet Explore Browser which is also free.

Firefox:

Hope this helps.

like if i connect 2 wireless devices, it disconnects, and i have to unplug my modem, if im on a website, like myspace it disconnects, any ideas why?xfactor19990

Wireless is your problem my friend, you may be too far away from your router therefor it looses its connection, or something could be interfering with it. I don't recommend wireless to anyone only if its the only possible thing.

[QUOTE="barri12345"]

Ok for xmas I am playing to get a new pc, well parts and build it myself.

Up to know I think this is my final:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.00GHz

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Gcard: Asus GeForce 8800 Ultra HTDP 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

Ram: Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB) X2

HDD: Western Digital RAID Edition 250GB SATA-II 16MB Cache X2

Total: £868.18

Do you have any comments? Anything you think I should change?

Thanks.

verparanoidpers

I think instead of an 8800 Ultra, maybe get 2 8800GTs in SLI, or 4 HD3850s in crossfire X.

what PSU are you getting?

Hmm that is a valid comment thanks. Erm I ain't sure can you recommend one please?
