I managed to have a little fun. I actually ended up beating it. The only issue was constant freezing, and it WASN'T the Xbox about to die because it only happened in this game. My only main complaint was the boss in "Paris' (if you want to call it that) because you couldn't tell the boss was being damaged, and how basically the force fields meant nothing.
Rock Band, World Tour, and now Metallica use several instruments now. Because of this, instead of picking a controller and having to pick instrument and all of that (and so people can't play guitar with the drums), they made a system where if the guitar is plugged in, you're set to play guitar. If the drums are in, you are set for drums. The singer uses the controller to navigate and control volume during the game. So you need to use a guitar controller to do so now.
I mostly played the demo just to check out the new interface, which I like .Especially adopting the Star Count Meter from Rock Band. I always like the more thin and sharper purple lines for open string or the bass hits. It would have been difficult doing double bass pedal with thick lines like in WT. Kinda dissipointed the demo didn't have Expert +, just to see how it is with or without another pedal.
I know on the Xbox Dashboard, go to you little signed in block with your avatar. Then Manage Profile or Account or something, and then go to Change WIndows LIVE ID.
