Both are great games, I think CoD doesn't have as good an online community as Vegas 2 does, but it probably has more online players. Both of them are quite realistic compared to something like Halo, and both require skill.
I'd say if you want a more tactical, realistic shooter, go for Vegas. If you want a quick, fun shooter, go for Call of Duty.

Both games make it easy to play with friends and other players.

The faster RAM (PC2-6400) will run at the maximum speed your motherboard allows. So in this case, the PC2-6400 will be the same speed as the PC2-4200. The two types will perform the same, so get the cheaper one.

Try to get a 8800gts, I dunno about those other cards.
Get an intel e4500 and overclock it, they overlock well, I think.

What you want is a Asrock 4CoreDual-Sata2
It has AGP 8x, PCI-e (4x, not 16x), DDR, DDR2, socket 775, and Sata2

I think it will drop you from the online game if you're signed out, try moving your router or something

I have both a PS3 and a Wii, I don't think the Wii is worth your money ATM, considering the libraray.
