I'm not sure if this has been brought up already, but when I try to stop tracking people, it sometimes isn't working. I wanted to clean up my friends list. I had 400 and something friends, but once I stopped tracking some people, it went down to 340. But every now and then, it says I still have 400+ friends. Also, now when I click to stop tracking people, it isn't working at all.

Looks like you took a lot of time to carefully think this out, and it sounds and looks like an excellent idea. I'd be crazy not to support this. Hope to see some changes based on your suggestions and such.
