I played CS Source continuously in 2004-2010... At least 3 hours per day. Never became very good, I was only average with 1,5 k/d ratio. Man, I really couldn't put this game down. I still don't know how I managed to uninstall it!! Once you get deep into CS, it's difficult to play another game.

I have never preordered a game for 2 reasons: 1) I don't want to waste 60 euros on a game that will sell for half price (or less) after 6 months on Steam 2) At the age of 26 and working 10-12 hours a day, I don't have the time to play many games like I used to in college years... So, I now occasionally buy games like Dead Space, Crysis and Fallout 3, years after their release that never got a chance to play

the review was sub-par indeed, but gamespot always had mediocre reviews on hardware. its mostly a game site afterall. i'll stick to my XP for the time being, but once I buy a new PC in about 4-5 months, it will definetely have Windows 7!
