You may have broken your PS3.You do not have to put your hand inside the ps3 to get the disc, it will eject it when you push the button infront of the PS3 logo.
BTW what are the green and blue buttons? Those aren't buttons but leds to signify tha the PS3 is on or resetting or in standby.
