would this work

http://www.amazon.com/Linksys-WGA11B-Wireless-B-Game-Adapter/dp/B0000AJVBW/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1223325936&sr=8-10

This item is suppose to work for any ethernet ready device including your xbox 360. It seems that from the review some people have had trouble getting it to work in there homes, for what reason I don't know. Also be aware that this device only uses the 802.11b standard. Have fun and good luck if you decide to buy.

with the whole wireless bridge thing, do you just plug it in and it detects a wireless signal, or what?Rohan1627

No wireless device that I have had experience with was ever plug n play. Most likely there will have to be some type of configuration on your home computer. The good thing about this though is that someone has had this problem before you and if you do run into trouble during installation then your solution is just a google search away.

do you mean like use a normal wireless adapter that you can buy from that store?Rohan1627

No, It has to be a bridge/access point. Here is an example from newegg

You can connect using a wireless bridge or Access point. This is what I use. It is a little harder to configure but its way cheaper than paying MS for their official wireless adapter.
Does anyone have the wireless adapter? Is it worth the 100 bucks? My computer is all the way across the living room so i would have a cable going right through the middle of everything[/QUOTE

Dont buy it. Get a wireless bridge and connect it that way. It will save you money.

You can buy a cheap wireless bridge from a place like newegg.com. This will allow you to connect your xbox for cheap.
Logitech cordless action controller. Its the best controller for the PS2, better than the dualshock 2. 30 feet of wireless and with really good rumble, its very responsive too. But it's $40, you get what you pay for. I love mine so I highly recommend it.TJsimulation
Ditto.

Yeah i agree also
