He's right, folks. Killing people/creatures with swords, bombs and arrows is a lot more righteous lol Guns are the modern day killing tool, as opposed to medieval weapons, so games that focus on modern times use them. Violence is violence, and it's a huge part of our culture as a race whether you accept it or not. Combat involves violence, so when you incorporate conflict and confrontation in a game, that results in violent scenes unless you dumb it down for younger audiences, but today the average age of gamer's is 30, so live and let live. Education starts at home ;)

I like how this article gives no mention of backwards compatibility as being important, the ability to play used games (a future concern for many of us) and the issue of systems overheating (a problem for many PS3 and Xbox 360's). Instead, lets run the rat race to see which console can become the newest of the dinosaurs before it becomes extinct, and instead focus on better graphics that will result in system failures, the fad of motion controls, and revamping the PS3 controller which to millions is a perfect controller. The PlayStation store is the smoothest running among all 3 consoles, but lets completely redo it as well, rather than making the adjustments it needs to be perfect (mostly in regards to its organization). I swear these articles are paid for to manipulate consumer demand and divert attention from more important issues; sadly it works on many of us :(

I would purchase this game for a console if it didn't require a subscription to play. I'm sure Blizzard fanatics will push the envelope that every game with a trace of online play should be exclusively accessible ONLY through online game subscriptions and servers, but most WoW fans are hopeless cash cows for Blizzard anyways, in that they don't require the freedom to access a game they've purchased at any time to be happy with their purchase. Last time I checked, mentality like that was referred to as a person being a "tool."

Imagine if buying a movie still required you to pay a monthly access fee every-time you watched it (oops!! this points obviously goes over a WoW fans head quicker than the speed of light).

I'm still shocked Nintendo hasn't ported the first Luigi's Mansion onto the Wii; the controls would've been awesome with the Wii Motion Plus.

They've announced it's "online only," which is a bummer. I'm still hopeful of a PSO Episodes 1 & 2 release being announced around the new games release date.

When a pre-order comes in a steel DVD case, or with extra stuff (like statues, DLC, etc.) for roughly the same price as it retails at...I think that's great!

I hope PS4 plays PSX, PS2 & PS3 games and upscales them all. This will probably never happen, but as a collector no backwards compatibility affects what I buy dramatically! I've had my PS3 fat since launch and it still works!!

How about backwards compatibility for all consoles and a more maturely themed Zelda title for the Wii U for those of us who've grown up playing it and are now older (it seems that franchises never age with the player, hence leaving some fans behind in an effort to continually appeal to the same age group).

Sydney from "Vagrant Story" was an awesome anti-hero, although he was'nt depicted with the same upscaled graphics of his time that other games featured. He's right up there with Sephiroth. Kain from "Blood Omen" and "Soul Reaver" was an awesome villian, too. Andrew Ryan? Yeah, that's a good pick. Ganondorf from "The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time" was a superb boss/villian, too. Honestly, role playing games seem to have the best villians. Repeated encounters with the main villian(s) help to build up the climax towards a final confrontation I think. Oh!! and Death Adder from "Golden Axe: Beast Rider" was awesome!! He was a Titan trying to kill all the other Titans and his final form was AWESOME!!
