I tweaked it just a little. I really wanted the Zalman Neo case for the fans. I was choosing windows 7 because I heard 10 was really shitty.

My Build so far... Any recommendations ? Especially with the CPU, Motherboard, and operating system I was thinking windows 7. Any motherboards or cpu's that unlocks cores so I can save some money ?
