DX12 is W10 only which will eventually overtake PC gaming as DX10/11 die out. You're shooting yourself in the foot insisting on W7 and inflating the cost by 100 bucks more than you need.
The big hubbub about W10 is a lot of privacy options are turned off by default so when installing it you'll need to make sure you avoid any kind of express installation and always pick your options. You can also change them later in settings.
The OS itself performs fine and it's got a lovely desktop mode that feels like W7 with some extras. If you get W7 and plan on keeping up with modern gaming you WILL have to upgrade in order to play the latest and greatest.
OK. Other than OS, you agree with all the above ? No tweaks ? Change in specs ? Parts ? You agreed with their build completely ?
@whiskeystrike: My budget was going to be around 850. I was slowly getting the money together to buy parts. I already had enough to buy at least a case and such. But that list you just showed me looks cool.
My Build so far... Any recommendations ? Especially with the CPU, Motherboard, and operating system I was thinking windows 7. Any motherboards or cpu's that unlocks cores so I can save some money ?
I might get it soon. Even tho DS3 is coming out soon.

Blood borne so dank. Add me on PS4 at pennythoughts
I let my PSN Plus time out, but I've been playing it offline. Feels like I just finished the tutorial part of the game as I've recently cleared Old Yarnham and the Grand Cathedral.
