I have to agree with a previous comment that concerned World in Conflict. I expected this game to blow me away, which it really didn't; that was my biggest dissapointment of 2007-World in Conflict.

I played the demo, and I had high hopes; however, honestly, I thought the game was average. The gameplay got repetitive, the AI wasn't good, and it was all kinda out of whack. But the graphics, and the physics of the game are really good. Gameplay not so much.

Well, what I understand is that it should be coming out this year, 2007. However, they did not specify where; it will probably be released in Japan, and Europe first.

You found no one online because you did not have the latest patches for the game; download the patches for COD.

Do not forget that they are trying to appeal to a internation public not just the U.S; so the Vietnam theatre honestly would not appeal to a lot of people, except North Americans, some Europeans, and probably Asians.  But still, a Vietnam game would be pretty sweet from Cod developers, but I am sure Modern Warfare will offer some scenarios in jungles, or forsests that will resemble a Vietnamese atmosphere.  Cannot wait for this new installment in the COD series.

I read a few of these posts, and all I can really say is what the hell are you all talking about????????  How's that for a fricken question.  Firstly, PC gaming, I don't think is more expensive then console gaming.  PS3, for example, cost around 500-700 dollars, and PS2 around the same price when it came out.  The Xbox consoles are also quite expensive, 400-500 dollars, not to mention buying the games and the expensive controllers.  But whatever, PC gaming is alos quite expensive in its own right, but you can use PCs for more than gaming, unlike consoles.  No disregard to the person who posted this, but this topic and question is utterly hollow, and arguable from all directions.  Blah blah blah blah.  Say what you wish about PC gaming, it is the most versatile and developing type of gaming.  But of course, someone will also argue to the contrary.  Round we go in circles.

Ultimately the most important thing in life is to be content, and if one gains happiness through gaming, then its no more different then gaining happiness through some other activity.  One is more efficient, and intuitive while happy, not when miserable and frusterated. The point is do what makes you happy, and surely everything will fall into place.
