Well, he got it like last April and the judge said that after/in April 2014, he can apply for his pardon. Because they way I understand is that he made a criminal offence which is not like "serious" thing since he is not in jail, not on probation (except he cant drive) or anything serious that like ruins everything for him.

Hello,
One of my buddy was involved in Drinking and Driving. He went to court and he got his license suspended for 1 year and all that (first time offence) + he got like "criminal record" but the judge said he can apply for his forgivness felony in 3 years. Now, he want to join the Army and there is one section there where me and him dont understand. It says "Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offence for which you have not been granted a pardon?" He can apply for his pardon in 3 years. So now if he is gonna apply, does he puts that he was convicted of a criminal offence or not? Even though he can apply for his pardon in 3 years.
Thanks

My setup is in my bacement and I have a futon. When Im alone, I turn it into a "bed mode" and enjoy or even in my lay-z boy chair :P . When I got some company, I switch to the "couch mode" even though I have some other couches and chairs.
