My favorite video game company, which I got to know through "Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic," no longer has its founders working there. This is sad news to me. It was through that game that the world of RPGs opened up for me. It was that game and Star Wars lore that encouraged me to try the genre and made me appreciate it. I don't think I would play RPGs if I hadn't played that game. I've always liked how their games taught newcomers how to play and I wish BioWare remains alive and keeps its promise to " 'humbly carry that torch and continue learning in the process' ."

I am a bit disappointed with Mass Effect 3. Although I have not played that many hours it just feels a bit empty and too artificial at times. Here is how my experience goes when I play it. I got the Xbox 360's version of the game because I played the first two Mass Effects on the 360 and wanted to import my character into ME 3. The XBox 360 version has 2 discs. It supports Kinect for voice use. It is interesting and even fun sometimes, but I find myself using the controller more than ever speaking out loud. But here is where it gets frustrating: if I am in the Citadel turning in a little quest, I did so after one load screen which took me to the planet where I needed to go, then a "not-so-much-fun-for-me" mini-game to detect what I need to get and do yet another little thing to scan the planet, and all of that took a few seconds, then it's another load screen to get back to the Citadel, then another load screen to get out of the Citadel once the quest is turned in and return to the Normandy, then another load screen to go to my cabin to switch armors/attire, then another load screen to get to CIC, then another load screen to get to a planet, then ooops Insert Disc 1... before I know it, as if there were not enough delays it's Insert Disc 2... I mean...?

One of the most memorable video game music of all time for me: Ethan Mars Main Theme. Thank you Gamespot. Thank you Sophia. Thank you Normand. Thank you Sound Byte.

I just wonder if these laws pass, and after a while there is an increase in the exact same type of violence that was associated with playing the banned or restricted video games, if people along with the government will ask the question whether it was taking video games away the cause in an "inversed" research. I heard of cases where a video game can be an outlet that can actually prevent a child from developing violent tendencies while growing up.

Oh, and I remember Batman (from the 1989 movie) on Sega Genesis and another incredible game for that system too, called Shadow Dancer, a ninja with a dog by his side were incredible action games for me.

Knights of the Old Republic - Xbox - is the greatest game I've ever played since its release, and up until now, I haven't found a match. Great music, graphics, and, most importantly, story makes me think of how I came to love RPGs from playing this game.
